Changing the Way
The World Sees Families
Affected by Autism

Why Me?

Picture
I practiced law for 15 years before I became a mother for the first time. When my son was diagnosed with autism, everything in my life changed. Like every parent faced with autism, I tried to learn as much as I could about everything all at once.  I became our family's resident "expert" on all things from interventions and therapies to diets, schools and treatments. To this day, I could spend the equivalent of a full time job doing nothing but autism research and planning, and I would still be left with more to do, in my mind.

I need help.

I need support.

I need ideas to help me make it through the day - to - day stuff, and the tough stuff like holidays, vacations, and stuffy noses.

I've been thinking maybe you do, too.
